To provide a reception service and a range of administrative support services, within the management team, and to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the office.

  • Computer literacy is required, including general knowledge of word processing programs, internet and email.  High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.

  • Answers all phone calls and directs calls to appropriate person(s)
  • Sort in-coming mail and deliveries
  • Asset management and tracking
  • Receive visitors, clients, employees and applicants
  • May assist in the hiring process by reviewing all appropriate paperwork i.e. License forms, uniform sheets. And issuing onboarding materials
  • Tracking of uniform transactions in/out, sorting returned uniforms for disposal or donation
  • Books appointments as necessary
  • Coordinate newsletter submissions create newsletter
  • Data Entry, maintain address book of suppliers and customers, updating CRM program
  • Organizes and maintains filing systems
  • Provide Executive Assistant duties to the senior management team
  • Answers job related routine inquiries both verbal and written
  • Assist with mailings
  • Distribute forms and refill form files as needed
  • Ensures office area is kept clean, neat, and professional in appearance
  • Maintains uniform closet, keeps accurate inventory, orders uniforms
  • Responsible for office supplies inventory, office equipment, restocking copier
  • Creating and issuing Purchase Orders as required
  • Catalogue daily occurrence reports and daily log note books
  • Source vendors for new projects and maintain ongoing vendor relationships
  • Ensure building operations and maintenance are functioning and in good order
  • Verify and receive large company orders including uniform boxes
  • Write and proofread various documents as required
  • Other duties required by the company

  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant.
  • Must be Bondable.
  • Must be a high school graduate and possess Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a full Alberta Driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Must have and maintain a clean driver's abstract.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Must complete company Quality Assurance program orientation.
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Must be capable and able to work with minimum Supervision
