A.S.P. Incorporated is a Security Service Provider for clients across Canada. We have a team unlike any other within the security industry and are currently seeking a Full Time Personnel Scheduler to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. Position Summary The successful candidate will plan and manage the assignment of security guards across Canada in a security dispatch environment. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain multiple professional relationships access the organization. Previous experience preferred, Data Entry skills is a plus. Quick pace environment on a daily basis that requires excellent communication skills throughout the day to the organization. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Inbound/Outbound call center  or dispatch environment
  • Computer Skills include, but are not limited to:
    • Formulas such as: Vlookups, IF Functions, SUMIF
    • Pivot Tables
    • Outlook 2016 proficient
    • MS Word 2016 proficient
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult calls, stressful situations and multiple tasks in a professional, positive and constructive manner
  • Has conflict resolution skills and is able to use them effectively
  • Demonstrates good judgment in the performance of all duties
  • Displays versatility in dealings with clients, tenants and the public
  • Experience with utilizing scheduling and forecasting software an asset 
  • High School or Equivalent


  • Responsible for all aspects of scheduling security guards
  • Outgoing calls and emails to staff
  • Ensures that posts are covered
  • Ensures that emergency are recorded and communicated accurately
  • Ensure that all security guards are sufficiently qualified and have met all requirements prior to assigning them to post
  • Coordinates scheduling with Coordinator, Supervisors and Management as required to ensure that operational requirements are met during and after the standard hours of operation
  • Ensures the scheduling system up to date at all times. Must be completed before the end of each working day
  • Compiles and prints reports from scheduling system as necessary for payroll or other administrative needs
  • Ensures that during standard hours of operation that check ins are taken by the appropriate scheduling department and that checks are assigned to the appropriate Supervisory group in non-operational hours.
